4. Deliverables and code ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in an executed Statement of Work, all custom code, documentation, and digital assets developed by Kreativwit specifically for a client are transferred to the full ownership of the client upon receipt of full payment for the agreed milestones.

Kreativwit retains ownership of its pre-existing core tooling, generic open-source contributions, and general programming libraries developed independently of client-specific business logic.
